About Me
Fifteen years inside corporate HR - across multinationals, growth-stage companies, and an entrepreneurial adventure of my own - taught me something that no degree or certification ever could. I learned what it actually feels like to be a leader inside an organisation. The pressure to perform. The loneliness of leadership. The quiet gap between who you are at work and who you know yourself to be.
That lived experience is what I carry into every coaching conversation. Not theory. Not frameworks. Real understanding. Today, I have the privilege of working with leaders across the world from Google and Unilever to Walt Disney and American Express that includes over 1500 hours of professional coaching that spans the USA, UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. I hold a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation, the highest standard in the profession globally.
How I coach
I believe that real change doesn't happen at the surface. It happens when you finally see yourself clearly - your patterns, your beliefs, the stories you've been telling yourself and choose differently from that place.
That's what I am here for. The mirror, not the manual. My style is warm but direct. I will ask you the questions you've been avoiding. I'll challenge you with care, hold you accountable with kindness, and stay completely in your corner through all of it. That's the "Radical Candour" combination that I bring to every session.
I deliberately chose RESURGENCE for my coaching practice. It means coming back to yourself - fully, powerfully and on your own terms. That's what I want for every person I work with. Not just better performance. A better, truer life.
The person behind the coach
I'm a 'highlander' at heart. Dehradun gave me the hills, the stillness, and a way of seeing the world that I've never quite left behind. I did my schooling at St. Joseph's Academy before heading to MDI Gurgaon for my MBA. Somewhere along the way, I also cleared the National Defence Academy (NDA) in my very first attempt. The army wasn't my path, but that experience quietly told me a lot about who I am.
Writing is my first love after coaching. I write about people, their choices, their contradictions, their courage. The real, messy, human stuff that happens in workplaces and in life. You'll find my longer pieces on my personal website and my everyday perspectives on LinkedIn, where I write about leadership & life and what it means to lead with genuine heart.
Cricket and lawn tennis have my complete sporting loyalty. Crime thrillers have my evenings. And my greatest joy lives at home - my wife, one of the sharpest and the most empathic HR leaders I know, and our little one, who reminds me daily, beautifully, what truly matters.
I have never believed in living a small, compartmentalised life. Every pivot I've taken - irrespective of however disruptive it may seem - has been intentional. I believe we are all far more than the boxes people put us in, and that our truest potential waits for us just outside our comfort zone.
I don't preach this. I've lived it. And it's why I do this work.

You and I we met as strangers
Each carrying a mystery within us.
I cannot say who you are;
I may never know you completely,
But I trust that you are a person in your own right,
Possessed of a beauty and value that are the Earth's richest treasures.
So I make this promise to you:
I will impose no identities upon you, but will invite you
to become yourself without shame or fear.
I will hold open a space for you in the world
and allow your right to fill it with an authentic vocation and purpose.
For as long as your search takes, you have my loyalty.
